Refunds

1.1. OnlyForYou Flower Shop understands the importance of customer satisfaction; however, we cannot offer refunds for floral arrangements that have already been made and delivered to the addresses provided by clients, even if an incorrect address was given.

1.2. A refund can only be issued for arrangements that have not yet been made and are scheduled for delivery within the next 24-48 hours. Please note that this refund window may vary based on the specific circumstances and our discretion.

1.3. It is essential that customers carefully review their order details, including the delivery address, before submitting the order. Once an arrangement has been made and delivered, it is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded.

Duplicate Payments

2.1. If a customer accidentally makes duplicate payments in error, OnlyForYou Flower Shop will promptly rectify the situation.

2.2. In the event of a duplicate payment, please contact our customer support team immediately with relevant transaction details, such as reference numbers or any other pertinent information.

2.3. Upon verification of the duplicate payment, our management will initiate the refund process to return the extra payment amount.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 3.1. Certain items are non-returnable as per our policy and applicable regulations. This includes:

Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants, due to their nature.

Custom products, including special orders or personalized items that are uniquely created for the customer.

Personal care goods, such as beauty products, for hygiene reasons.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, as they pose safety concerns.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

1.1. Only for you Flower Shop operates on an eCommerce platform designed for efficient order processing. To ensure the best service for our clients, you have a 60-minute window to cancel your order.

1.2. Within the first 60 minutes of placing your order, you can cancel it free of charge. During this timeframe, our software processes various mechanisms, including booking delivery services, preparing bouquets, and fulfilling orders from our warehouse.

Cancellation Fees

2.1. If you wish to cancel your order after the initial 60-minute cancellation period, a cancellation fee of $40 will apply.

2.2. Alternatively, if you decide not to pay the cancellation fee, your order will remain in a pending status, allowing you to select a future date for the delivery of your flowers. Please note that this means your order will not be processed until you provide the desired delivery date.

Cancellation Process

3.1. To cancel your order within the 60-minute timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately. They will assist you in cancelling the order without any additional charges.

3.2. If you choose to cancel your order after the initial 60-minute window and agree to pay the cancellation fee, please contact our customer support team for further instructions on completing the cancellation process.
